lets see
24 = intake air temp sensor signal... open or short circuit in intake air temp sensor
31 = air flow meter
41 = throttle position sensor

how did you go from air flow meter to vacuum ? it only tells how much air flow there is it doesn't measure the vacuum of the engine like a MAP sensor... sounds like your MAF is broken or got a short.

You will need to verify the operation of the AFM. Make sure the plug is tightly plugged in, and that the screws that hold the connector to the AFM are not removed. The wiring harness can be disconnected by removing the small metal clip around it - do not mess with the screws.

Suggest picking up a manual. The Haynes 1983-91 Camry manual (number 1023 ) covers testing all of these components, cost under $20. You will need a volt/ohm meter.

Guessing given the location of these sensor you might have a wiring issue.
