For a quote on the transmission, check
www.car-part.com and sort for florida. You'll probably find a transmission for $200-$300 somewhere close to you.
As for parts, you'll probably only need the replacement transmission--your mechanic will just re-use everything else from your car.
As for labor quotes, you'll have to make some phone calls. I seem to remember the book time for tranny swap being around 6 hours, but I'm not sure on that one anymore...
