Power Steering Pump

Heya; 90 Camry w/2z 2.5l Auto. Where in the world are the bolts to loosen to get the power steering belt off? I find one bracket on the side behind the wheel, has a slot. Obviously this is one but after loosening the two bolts it still don't move. Can't readily see the other.

Question 2; I have visited another Camry forum but can't find it now. Anyone know of others?

It looks like the pivot bolt (through bolt) is behind the pressure hose fitting and the adjusting bolt is on the bottom in that slot that you found. There doesn't seem to be a separate set of instructions for the I-4 vs V-6 so this should be correct.

That's what we get for having small (midsize) cars with transverse V6 set-ups. Giant PITA.

Holy cow. I just replaced the PSP in my 90 Camry today. However, I have a 4-cyl. It was extremely difficult, but sounds like a walk in the park compared to the V6.

Good luck!
