Need advive with rusty brake line.

One of the rear lines on my '88 wagon rusty right under the driver rear door. It is leaking/squirting fluid. I think I'm going to replace everything, fuel and brake lines to make it dependable. Last time I had to do this I didn't have any luck trying a double flare. Any suggestions here?

Also anyone have diagram of the brake system and fuel system. I just wanted something on paper so I can see how it is laid out and better understand it. I would like to know how the rear brake bias valve on my wagon is plumbed in.

Thanks,

Dave

Being a student, and thus perpetually broke, I am one of the cheapest guys you're likely to meet. And even I pay others to do my brake/fuel line work. It's just not worth the hassle...

As for the proportion valve, I'm pretty sure the l4 setup is similar to my V6, and it's against the firewall, right above the steering rack.

Good luck, I don't envy you the job ahead.

P.S.: I see you're in Wisconsin...salt-belt country not far from me. No wonder your lines are rotted.

Brake lines on the V6 and I4 are the same other than the rear rubber lines to the rear V6 disks.

Nogard has a wagon though with a load sensing prop valve (in the back?). I haven't studied the setup though so I can't give any pointers.
