2nd Generation AllTrac 3S-GTE swap

Okay, so I blew up the 3S-FE in the AllTrac due to oil starvation. I was going to just swap in a 5S and call it good, but a friend of mine went out of his way with his hookups, and now it's getting a 3S-GTE swap instead. (yeah, he twisted my arm...)

What all parts am I going to need to complete this swap into a manual transmission '89 AllTrac, beyond the motor, wiring, ecu, and clutch? Also, it's my understanding that the drivetrain is st165 celica, so I'm assuming it's good to go, I'm intentionally leaving the 4 cylinder CV axles in, so if I blow up anything, it's them.

And I apologize if this information is already present, there's a LOT of information here, and my initial search was fruitless.

Thanks!

From my understanding, that's about all you need... Make sure you save money for all the maintenance parts... (timing belt, water pump, seals, etc)

Wait a min, YOU BLOW UP WHAT MOTOR IN YOUR ALLTRAC AGAIN? Was it a typo or did you really have a 3S-FE motor in your All-Trac . All-trac either it be ST165 or ST185 uses the 3S-GTE engine. If your car had a 3S-FE it's either A) not a all-trac but a Celica ST or GT which is not a ST165, B) It's a ST165 but somehow got butcher and a 3S-FE engine was swaped in.
