91 Camry.. turn signal issues?
Hey Guys,
Quick question this has me stumped. Recently on my wifes car I been having issues with her blinkers. First it started that occasionally the right blinkers (front and back) would blink fast sometimes, then it started to buzz occasionally. The buzzing got worse and worse, til eventually both right blinkers didn't work at all and all it did was buzz.
The hazard lights would blink inside the car but the lights wouldn't actually light up. Well the left ones did fine. Anyways so I tried changing the bulbs, nothing then I read about the flasher fuse inside the car, well I may not have the terminology right but the big blackish thing that makes the blinkers buzz lol - well changed that and now my blinkers blink - the front right blinker however will not. The back one is fine =/
Also the other thing to note is its really tight under the dash right, so while I was searching for the right fuse I pulled out the wrong one first. Basically hope I explain this right but my uncle was explaining to me what I was looking for when I was trying to replace the blinker buzzer fuse. In my search for it I pulled out the wrong one, I guess theres two that look idenical the first one didn't stop the buzzing the second one did - this is the one I replaced. When I went to put the first one back where I got it there seemed to be a few open holes that it would fit in! So I guessed which one I should put it back in, could I happen to have put it back wrong which is whats making my front right blinker not work?
Also when I was at auto zone to purchase the blinker fuse replacement, they didn't have one that matched perfectly. According to there computer the one I bought should fit, but it didn't have this odd cover over it but it still fit fine. My thing is if I bought the wrong one shouldn't all the blinkers not work right not just one? I am hoping this is an easy fix.
Well thanks guys sorry for writing so much!!
