91 wont start after new plugs and fuel filter

It was running poorly, missing a bit, so did the plug wires and cap and rotor, still ran poor, changed the plugs and fuel filter, won't start, replaced the fuel pressure regulator, won't start.....now what, thanks in advance...

tried to check diagnostic codes but i get nothing from the CEL not even when the key is on...just stays off.......please help.....

Check all connectors on the distributor, look for bent terminals

2nd Generation

Not to make you sound ignorant but did you install the fuel filter correctly? The lip should be at the bottom. I had to double check when I changed mine and I almost did it backwards. It just seems that the lip should be at the top.

Since the CEL doesn't come on at the POST the EFI Main Relay may be bad. Also check the EFI fuse. It may be something else but these are easy to check.
