The mod wish-list

Hi! Annoying noob here

So, in trolling the forum, it seems like there's a decent amount of not-too-hard mods that can be done to my camry (86 4-cyl auto). I'm lucky in that I have another vehicle (Dodge Caravan with a dodgy tranny, but otherwise driveable) so I can afford to take the camry out of service for a bit. But I'm having trouble figuring out which ones are applicable to my model and which aren't. So... I thought I'd ask what everyones favourite mods (or most dreamed-of) are.

On my list (any suggestions for which are doable?):
- Digital Dash
- Changing the seat out to one a little lower, with an armrest (my Caravan has me spoiled for comfy drivers seats)
- Sunroof? A guy can dream.
- Power windows? Locks? Radio Antenna?
- Whatever I can do to get better fuel mileage.
- Swap out rear seats for ones that fold down, so I can carry bigger stuff in the trunk.
- Anything that will help it look cool... cuz I think it's pretty amusing to pimp out my 86 camry.

What's on your list?

Digital dash = doable but you need extra parts and the wiring is a PITA!
Seat change = you need to make your own rails, dont think theres any aftermarket seats that will fit
Sunroof = the tilt ones, you can put in there for a couple hundred, but dont expect a moonroof
Power windows central locking and radio antenna = all doable, just need parts and patience
Fuel Mileage = stop the lead foot, start slow - google "hypermilling"
Rear Seats = Mine fold down (gen 2).. yours is just wierd, get a set from the Gen 2 LE and make them fit.
Cool = get rid of the rust, clay clean and polish, a nice old car beats a ricer anyday

haha my list..
it grows and gets shorter and grows with time. and research..

but anyways. lol.

for the lil bit of performance ive got-
auto trans cooler.
degreasing/cleaning engine bay.
new air intake.
better exhaust.
and a REALLY good tune up.

suspension-
some ebay civic coils modded to fit the camry.
new brakes.
and the wheels are heavily debated. i want the old school mesh look.
but its really hard to find 5 lug small mesh. :/

exterior-
im getting the chrome to flat black.
gunmetal paint.
tinted windows.
yellow halogen headlights.
and maybe fender flares to fit the wheels if they have a weird offset.

interior-
gotta fix some interior trim from the tornado taking signs and tearing stuff up.
im gonna dynamat the roof of the cabin, and the trunk. maybe the floor if i get new seats and carpet.
gt grant wood grain steering wheel.

thats about it, on another thread, they are getting into the 5sfe swap into a 2se. like our older cams. id do it if its an easy mount switch. alot faster, haha. but im guesstimating, that to be about 2-3k in upgrades. idk lol. hopefully much cheaper. :]

oh yeah! most dreamed of mod would def be a 3sgte in the camry. total sleeper. haha.

my headlights are tinted a metallic yellow, so the projection comes up gold with a hint of green depending on the angle =)

a tip for degreasing engine bay is to cover the dist cap. that is the most common waterlogged place
