yeah just goto the auto parts store buy some radiator flush and coolant. then get like 5 gallons of distilled water...
dump out the stuff from your rad now.....
put in the radiator flush + water ... run the car for 10-15 mins... also with the heater on high
empty the raditor.. check if the fluid comming out is clean... if not... you can try the flush again..
fill up with new coolant ... it's fairly simple

remember to used distilled water

As long as the rad doesn't need to be rodded out you should be able to flush it and/or your system yourself. Probably various ways of doing so. Prestone used to sell a kit which spliced a garden hose fitting into the heater core hose. But assuming the weather permits, you could even just drain the rad, fill with clean water, drive a bit (should have the heater on to flush the core) and drain again. (Let it cool enough not to get burnt.) Then repeat until it comes out looking reasonably clean. Refill with correct coolant mix.
