Smile 1990 Camry Cruise Control

Is there an actual "Fuse" for the cruise control?
Green light comes on at main cruise cntrl switch on dash
but cruise not activating when I turn lever to "set" cruise

I was working on window switch panel assy on drivers door and caused a short which caused ALL of my windows and pwr locks to quit working - I accessed the relay behind left kick panel and was able to 'reset' it and got windows and pwr locks working again - but now my cruise is malfunctioning
(( it was functioning ok before I caused aforementioned short ))

The cruise control is connected to various fuse circuits, suggest checking them all.
