The stock intake is already free flowing aftermarket ones are just going to make your engine louder.

Louder is better. As for exhaust I can't find headers anywhere and going DIY on that is going to be very difficult

It's getto but works and cheap... STEP 1 Find a 1.5 to 2in round plastic tube long enough to go from your airbox to your front core support STEP 2 Remove the airbox completly STEP 3 cut a hole in the bottom part of the aribox (below where your filter is) a tad bit smaller than your tube STEP 4 use a file to shave the hole til the tube is a tight fit STEP 5 use silicon or your favorite sealer to seal the airbox inside and out STEP 6 reinstall

My battery is a little smaller than stock so I was able to slide it over enough so the tube would fit. I noticed the most difference in part throttle driving. This is an hour or two mod that is one of my favorites

3s-fe headers for the '87-'89 Celica fit and are a good start to a full exhaust. They get rid of the main cat though, so you'll be taking your chances with the law.

Edit: For the intake, go to eBay and get find the AFM adapter, then put together your own tubes and connectors. Or PM me - I have an extra one sitting in my garage.
