3S-FC spark plug well tension

could someone tell me what the tension is for the spark plug well please

its a toyota camry 1989 model

If, by tension, you mean torque, Gen 2 manual shows 13 ft-lb (180 kg-cm or 18 N-m) for the spark plugs themselves.

If you mean the 30 mm nuts on the tubes that hold the valve cover down their torque is only 17 ft-lb for the 3SFE.

pull em down till the tops of the tubes come to the top of the nuts, and be prepared to do this a few more times if your motor has alot of miles on it
