1986 muffler question

So I've been hearing a strange clunking sound from the back right of my car for a few weeks, and after further investigation, I discovered my muffler bounces slightly. The rubber bracket that holds it on looks fine and doesn't look broken at all. Could this be suspension related? Any input would be appreciated.

Also, on an unrelated sidenote, are the arm rests for Gen 2's center compartment usable in a Gen 1? Mine is tatered and I can't find a Gen 1 arm rest for the life of me.

Check the rest of the exhaust system mounts to make sure they are OK. This mount appears at an angle, exhaust could have shifted rotating down.

Sagging springs might cause this but the system should be set up not to knock for normal suspension travel.
