what are front lips ? That long rubber piece on the frame that protect the under body from sharp rises and dips ?

They're not the best pics, but these should give you an idea of the lip, as someone else already stated they came on 88-90 V6 models (though I've seen a couple of 91 V6's with them):

They're factory-installed Bosch Pilot 150 fog lamps. Some auto parts stores here in Canada carry them ($100 for the whole install kit). I found a similar pair on eBay:

Factory installed fog lights ? I don't think our Camry's had that option here in the states until 1997 with the generation 4 V6 models. In fact I never seen a Camry Gen1 Gen2 or Gen3 ever have factory fog lights ever before. I guess thats one option Canada got that the USA didn't get.
