CRAP!!! HELP!!!!!! (Driver Seat Problems)

Okay, this is the most craziest and embarrassing thing that has ever happened to me. I was in my car and I was driving on I-95. Stupid female on a phone was driving and decided to fucking cut me off and brake hard like it's no tomorrow because there was a car in front her. I had to stop so hard that I came to a complete stop on the edge of the freaking road. I hit my seat pretty hard and I remember hearing a pop in the seat. As I tried to adjust my seat back, my seat couldn't get back to the regular position. So, I stupidly tried lowering it all the way down and pull it back up......REAL STUPID ASS IDEA!!! The seat is now so low, I'm afraid people will think I'm about to do a drive by on them because I'm leaning back so much....

So....

HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM!? All that I came up with is that the bar that twist it to move the angle of the seat is some how jammed......I got a feeling, a trip to the toyota dealership is needed now.

HELP!!!
