I've seen them pop up on ebay from time to time. If someone were to do a conversion to the digi gauges they would need a bit more than just the cluster though unfortunately...

cluster wire harness
dimmer switch and harness
fuel level sending unit (from under rear seat)

I actually have an extra complete digi swap sitting here

Your gonna need the Fuel sender from a car with a Digital Cluster (I think one from Gen2 car w/ digital cluster might work too, but not sure).

Also, your going to need to slice and connect each wire (NOT plug AND PLAY) behind the cluster.

What I'm looking for is a Gen1 '85/'86 LE Analog cluster...

^ That's easy. I could get like 10+ of 'em in a day. 1G's all over the place at the JY's here.

Lucky you.

There was a RUNNING Gen1 that came in a junk yard one day when I was at the one here. I decided to come in the next day to parts strip it...it was on a flatbed to be taken to recyling I believe. It only had 95K on the obo...

Sucks though, it was an DLE however.

I hardly see anything older then Gen2 camries the one junker I go to. Gen2's are all over the place with a few Gen3 and one or two Gen4.

Gen1

Sooo how many digital clusters are there for Gen 1s?

I just found this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/83-86...3286.m20.l1116

It's a bit different than the one I have, which is the same as the one linked in the original post of this thread.

Just curious if anybody knew

That cluster is a mistake. I've seen that a while when I keep searching eBay for the analog '85~'86 LE cluster w/ tach.

That cluster there is for/from the 2nd Generation Toyota Cressida MX63 ('81~'84)

Yea, I don't care too much for it.

I'd say though, between the Gen3 Cressida and the Gen2 Camry, I like the Crressida digital dash, but the Gen2 has a more modern'ish digital one as it is a bit more roundish design
