Gen1 Motor Mounts on 1990 Camry

I have a 1990 Camry, 4 cylinder, with standard shift. One or more of the motor mounts are broken and it vibrates strongly when it idles.

I don't have the cash on hand to hire a mechanic to do it, estimate $700. But I think I have the tools -- floor jack, hand tools, jack stands -- as prescribed in most posts; and the time.

A couple questions:

1. I've searched and read several posts and threads. Can you tell where I can find some detailed instructions --for a layman, nonmechanic, computer jockey, who does oil changes and light repairs?

2. Do I want to buy Toyota parts or something adapted for better vibration reduction? Recommendations.

3. Any estimate on time to replace front and back mounts?
Side mounts?
Wishbone?

Thanks in advance for all your insights and help, it is greatly appreciated.

I would start with the front right mount [where the timing belt is]
Back -Arnley is the best aftermarket replacement.
