Another Gen 2 Camry, With Bonus Oil Leek/Burning Question

I am the proud owner of a Gen 2 ( 3S-FE ) which this week hit 340.000 km or 211 K Miles. Now I have been trolling this forum since i got the car all most a year ago, and the more i troll the more i want to do up/fix up the Camry.

Both front quarter panels need to be replaced, they are rusting out, the rea panels need some work and there are cosmetic rust spots on the car, there is a piece of the exaust pipe missing and the heater/ac fan is dead.

I started this week on the fixing up, oil change ( syn blend with a bottle of gasket seal) new front rotors and new brake pads, a new set of NGK spark plug wires, i think the ones we took off the car where on it when the car rolled off the line in Japan in 87, and we did the spark plugs, which brings me to the Bonus question

Bonus Question

While changing the spark pulgs in march of this year, ( its worth saying they hadned bennd one in over a year ) one of them ( cylinder 3 ) plug came out caked with oil, what would cause it to jsut leek into one cylinder and not any of the others. I have been keeping an eye on my antifreeze and it seams not to be going anywhere. When i start the car up its instanly revs to 1500 rpm and after about 3-5 min will drop down to me normal idle of about 700 rpm. If i drive it before it drops you can smell it burning the oil. Any tips?

thanks in Advance

change the vavle cover and spark plug tube gasket that should help the leak.. how much oil are you losing between oil changes ?

it depends on how i drive it, if i push it i can lose quite a bit, if i dont i dont lose much at all. If i start to push it over about 3000 RPM then i start to smell the oil burning
