2nd Generation '90 Camry low end performance boost?

Is there anyway to increase the low end performance and Acceleration of my 1990 Camry DX? I can get it up to speed eventually but it is a bit sluggish on the start, even when floored. It has the 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine, as far as i know it is pretty much stock, no major modifications. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know it is dew for an oil change by the sticker on the windshield from a little over 3,000 miles ago, using 10w30 Max Life. It also has a slight oil leak, what would be the best product to use for the leak?

I use the ECT button. More response when i step on the gas. Change the air filter too.

AFM = air flow meter

It's right near your air intake. Search there are other threads with pictures and instrucitons on how to do this mod. But I'm working on a mod right now that will allow my car to run off part hydrogen. Should give me a 10-20% power boost and 30-40% MPG boost. I'll have it insalled tomorrow and let everyone know how it goes.!
