Need source for 91 Camry licence plate holder

Hello all,,,, can you recommend a good source for everything I'll need to mount a licence plate on the front bumper?

I just purchased a 91 Camry and all that I see on the front bumper are two holes where a plate (or bracket) would be attached. I don't think that the plate attaches directly to the bumper - right ?

The plate does mount directly onto the bumper in the center. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe that their was a plate bracket that came on the Gen 2 from toyota. If you see one out their chances are its an aftermarket one.

that's right u put the plates on with 2 bolts that goes into those holes that's it.
