ive used a search, but i cant find anything specific to my 85....
im hooking up an aftermarket deck in my 85 camry le....can anyone tell me whos done this what color the wires from the stock harness are for constant / switched (accessory)..its all hooked up...and it has power...but it resets whenever i remove the key....so obvoiusly im not getting it right....
is there a diagram somewhere of the pins?

well...thanks for the info...but on my car...im not sure whats up...but thats not the colour of my wires in my factory deck.....
its all working now...but i ended up finding a map of both plugs pin arrangement.....traced the wires back to that and went from there....
i think the only wire that was the same colour was the ground....
i have no blue yellow wire and no grey wire......the 12 v one was white with i think a black stripe...
if anyone wants the rest i can give a full explanation

well, first off, the small plug is white plastic...
i still have the factory connectors i removed....ill snap a cell pic of them tomorrow and post it...
but i went to installdr.com (sp?) and got the pin arrangement..its the only way it got figured out
Itll be interesting to see when i add a sub and amp to the my truck (see sig) on the weekend...see if its the same

ok, below is a schematic i altered and added my wiring...along with a picture of my factory plug......
and...in case anyone thingks mine was altered..the plugs are stock, no signs of alteration, and everything worked with the stock deck before it was replaced....
hope this helps someone avoid the issues i had
