Sadly, you can't get the frame on the ground without opening up the wheel wells, notching the frame and getting smaller tires.
With factory rolling diameter tires, they hit the front fender (top, inside) around 4" of compression from stock height. This is about 1-2" into the factory bump stops and the frame is still a few inches off the ground - my front mud flaps are still off the ground. All this is because I have a heavy engine/transmission on weak lowering springs...
If you are willing to go through the hassle, of course it can be done. There's only one guy on here who has, as far as I know (astrovannin - he has a gen1 camry 5-door)
