the exhaust needs the most work, no use doing anything to the intake, do you have emissions testing there?

I installed KYB struts when I had my gen2. It rode great after that. Check your front control arm bushings. I had to change those also.

2.door locks..the button does nothing when pushed, everything there works fine [window lock + all 4 window switches]. Any ideas?

Check the relay.

3.exhaust..i wud love to know any options that i have

You have a lot of options, but fix what needs to be fixed first. If your muffler is blown, then get a quality low restriction muffler from companies like Flowmaster or Dynomax. You can get replacement pipes custom bent from the down pipe back at a good muffler shop. With a 3S-FE engine, 2" pipe will work just fine. I would suggest keeping the resonator.

3S-GE manifold would be great, but those aren't the easiest things to find.

4.wheels..bought the car with the original basket weave 14's.
still in great condition but i wanna ditch them..

Ditch'em. I don't know what you budget is like, but I'd at least go with 15s. The cheapest upgrade is to get 15 inch steel wheels from a gen2 V6. Install some 195/60R15 sized tires. I've heard that Toyota Matrix ('03-'08) wheels fit. Those come in 16 and 17s.

5.engine..i'm thinkin about gettin rid of the stock airbox and using one of those shiny air intakes, whts the best one to buy?

Don't bother.
