Question ok stupid question time about car audio

i have an 89 Toyota Camry wagon and have an amp and subs in but it seems like the car get lower than average gas mileage now it doesn`t accelerate as well am i crazy every thing is hooked up right with good solid connections and grounds could the amp be drawing to much current from the engine resulting in poor performance and gas mileage

Your modified audio system might be too much for the car's OEM electronics but I fail to see how that would hurt your gas mileage.

It will help if you attempt to write proper English...

A large stereo shouldn't affect your mileage much. A hundred extra points of stereo equipment plus the power it takes to run it shouldn't hurt your gas mileage by more than 1-2 mpg. You probably have some other problem not related to the stereo that you should fix. There are plenty of threads on this section of the forum where that is discussed.
