1986 camry front end problem

i desperately need someones expertise on this one. car started to pull left when i shifted gears and also began making noises .jacked the car up and found on the drivers side where the stabilizer bar attaches to car the piece is rotted bad. the passenger side is perfect.it looks like a plate that bolts to the frame with 6 bolts and the stab. bar bolts to this plate. does anyone know the name of this part(stab bracket,stab. plate JUST GUESSING)? not getting much help researching this piece other than a muffler the problem this car is still running strong 191,000 miles cant' seem to kill it not that i want to thanks pete

It would be a good idea to check the rest of the suspension system out pretty thoroughly. It isn't unusual for one sloppy piece to force the other rubber parts to absorb extra vibration and deteriorate them.
