Exclamation I HATE cats! (Toyota Gen 2 Story)

Ok so I was driving home tonight. I was about 200 yards from my house when all of the sudden, a fucking cat comes out of no where! I had my bights on and my hand ready to dim if there was an on coming car. Well anyways I slammed on my brakes and snapped the blinker / light controller right off. I'm so pissed right now, and want to murder every kitty out there innocent or not!

These Camry’s steering wheel's are a bitch to get at. I have to take the whole dash board half apart in order to remove the two plastic pieces. Maybe all I need to do is epoxy some things, either way I'm still extremely pissed off and want to shoot all cats.

I didn't have to take apart the dash to get the two pieces off. I just pulled the steering wheel and that gave me enough room to work the pieces around to pull them off after unscrewing them.

I used epoxy, plastic welder with a claimed strength of 3,500 lbs per sq inch. I'm going to let it sit over night and hope that it is plenty strong and will solve me problem. A couple little plastic parts broke off near where the blinker and light adjuster is.

The above picture of the dead kitty made me smile! LOL

Ah, foggeddabouddit. Cats are awesome (and maintenance-free) but that's not actually my point

You're right, the dash must be mostly removed to get the combo switch out. With the steering wheel off, if you remove the screws that hold the upper and lower shrouds together (around the column) you might be able to get enough room to remove the combo switch though...
