Both shoulder belts stopped working

1991 Camry Station Wagon

Hey there,

As of this morning, both drivers and passenger shoulder seat belts stopped working. There is no "faten seat belts" light on as well.

Is there a fuse/trip that needs to be replaced/tripped?

Drivers side?

I saw 3 of them, and stuck a screwdriver in them to trip them and got nothing as far as a result.

I took 2 of them out to look at them. I did not test them.

I just unscrewed the middle console and I taking a look to see if there is anything else to post.

Driver's side the lower one below the black square box[flasher] yo should push thin 1 mm diameter nail into the center hole to reset it; From www.camrystuff.com, generation 2 download the file EWD90and use the schematics to troubleshoot the belt circuit.

The "fasten belts" sign came on this morning. Sort of like it came out of hibernation. I'm assuming the computer may have got humidity from cleaning the middle console as the blets are now working on both sides and the light on the dash board is working.

Thanks Doctor J for the very cool input.
