Unhappy 91 Camry overheating

I have a 1991 Camry with the small 4 cylinder engine . It has a overheating problem. It Runs great until the overheat . Which will idle all day but as soon as engine goes above 1500 or so rpms the pressure in the hoses gets more and more until the water leaks out of the cap (about 3-5 minutes)I've replaced the water pump ,thermostat, radiator ,upper hose, radiator cap,,had it dye checked for cracked head (negative). Water Flow thru the system system seems fine ..heat works fine . no oil in water no water in oil . I'm ready to try 3-4 lbs of TNT and end this problem but I have so much invested now I can't seem to get the guts to end it . I keep thinking head gasket or cracked head or block but the tests for this don't show any signs of a crack . ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS?

What test have you done to determine it is not a head gasket problem? Pressure test, leak down test, and block test?

have you checked your welsh plugs and made sure there is no leakage? in fact everything in the line for the water needs to be checked. head gasket too. i had an issue like this with my old magna and it turned out to be a minor blockage from a corroded welsh plug, combined with an old water hose that was compressing in on itself when under revs. once those two things were fixed the car ran like a million bucks.
