Maybe nowhere, it could be the vent for the canister. This would be common.

It's actually kind of strange, that hose. It runs down to the lateral cross member (the one that's just behind and below the power steering rack). The hose actually fits into a hole in a hollow part of the cross member. I surmise that it's just a condensation drain tube or some such thing, because it just drains into that hollow chamber--it's not connected to anything else, and it's certainly not a vacuum hose.

I find it funny how i can smell petrol from it. And, i'm working under my car a lot atm (not some crazy guy who goes under the car just to smell it XD), still putting power steering on and the crossmember is off, so i get a whiff of it everytime i slide under there.

Well it stands to reason that, if it's a vent for the evap system (the cannister helps to recover fumes from the egr system, if I recall correctly) then you'll smell a trace of fuel vapours. That likely means it's doing its job.
