Distributor seal for 3SFE - Toyota Nation Forum : Toyota Car and Truck Forums

Just on the off-chance that one of you Toyota techs (or ex-techs) might know off-hand:

Is the distributor/seal/cap/wires on the 3SFE interchangeable with the 5SFE? I cannot find any info anywhere, though it would stand to reason that they are...thanks in advance for any help.

The seal is the same part number.

No cross over on the other P/N's. One issue is the 5SFE can come with either CA or Federal emissions parts. The unit might fit but don't know if it would work with the igniter.

Awesome, thanks for the help. When I tried using the Hollander interchange at the scrap yard where I used to work, it was extremely unhelpful. Sadly, so are the staff at my local Toyota dealership (unless they know you're spending lots of money).
