Question Replaced Resistor Pack...Now what?

Ok so my LO and II fanspeeds were not working. In fact the II speed worked until recently then became interminent then stopped working. Replaced with brand new resistor pack from toyota ($40 btw) and everything works just not in proper sequence. LO, I, and of course HI work but when switched to II it blows the same speed as LO?

Any Ideas? Mabey the fan switch itself on the dash is acting up? I have a 90 DX 4cyl BTW

Check the wiring?

Low connects switch to Blue/White wire.
Next speed is Blue/Orange.
Next is Blue/Black
High is Black/White

On the resistor:

Black/White wire goes to one end of the resistor, White/Black to the other end.

The two middle blower speed are the Blue/Black and Blue/Orange wires that connect in the middle of the resistor.

Autozone may have a wiring diagram.

WHA?!?! You got a resistor array for $17? I couldn't even find an aftermarket unit when mine went, and the dealer wanted $75! Ummm, that's about $65USD. I'm starting a Facebook group to bring Autozone to Canada, dammit. NAPA has been expensive and useless, in my experience.

I think he meant the wiring harness was 17 bucks...
I got my blower resistor at NAPA for $52 or $54USD... but I'd much rather have the dealer item for 40 lol
