USA 91 Camry Frozen Latch? Plz Help

Hey Everyone! Just had a quick Question. Tonight, when I unlocked my car and got it the door latch was frozen (in Open position), My Friend, said he knew what to do and started moving the inside door latch, they look like hooks... up and down, I guess be pushed it too far down, and now its stuck in place.. How Do I fix this?? Its cold outside so dont want to do it til it warms up slightly, the lever for the lock wont move to the unlock position... Any help would be great thanks!!!

Borrow the old lady's hair blower/dryer if you don't have a garage. Shoot some de-icer on it too, if you can find any where you live.

Good Luck,

Brian
