well all the gen2 camry were built in japan. well what transmission do you have ? i converted my auto A140L to 5spd S54 transmission and that was the exact flywheel i used. and i didn't run into any problems.. for fun i just went to the garage and measured the 8 bolt crank flywheel i got and it's also 12" in diameter from teeth to teeth... so i'm sure the one i have on my car is also 12" since they both look exactly the same cep for the bolt holes... where are you getting the 11" from ?? i'm sure that one will fit and work

There are only two different flywheels for the 3s-fe, like Atobe said. One with 6-bolts for the crank, one with 8. The center bore, pressure plate mounting holes and offset, etc. are all the same.

If you have a larger clutch than the flywheels you have gotten, you recieved a V6/3s-gte clutch disk and pressure plate.

i have checked over this several times over i have a clutch disc that is 8 7/8 which is what shows for the 88 camry 4 cyl but the 107 that everyone says should work doent it is only 11" could it just be where i live or something or maybe a bad batch of flywheels cuz every flywheel i have found acutually in this model camry has a 12" but i can only find the 8 bolt and mine is 6 should i try to order the 107 off the internet? or just keep trying to reorder them at the auto parts stores?

Kragen (partsamerica) lists the 2WD flywheel as 108 on their website... maybe try again?

-Charlie

Edit: The 108 is for the 8-bolt crank... nevermind...

that's very interesting.. how about you try to get autozone to send a new 107 to your local shop and you pick it up and see... that's very weird that's the exact flywheel i used in my tranny. fenco sounds familiar too i don't have the box anymore but that's probbly the one i used. it was new w/o any core charge though and it was around 90$.. may be you'r just getting wrong parts

i went up last night and ordered the 107 it should be in tomorrow i hope it comes in right. the fenco flywheel fw9107 is only 61.99 and the 107 is 59.99 + 40.00 core if you payed about 90 it had to be the standard 107 but they should be the same...dont understand why they wouldn't my autozone doesn't deliver parts to shops i will be back to let you guys know if it comes in right if it does i think im going to e-mail fenco.
