Weird stuff on my car.. lol

Okay, I have the 3SFE 4cyl, SV21 package.
But I have two radiator fans???
I'm not complaining, it's just odd.

What I will complain about is that I've let my car idle for at least 20 minutes straight and the fans never did kick on... why?
I have a brand new thermostat..I havent checked the relays and fuses yet though.

one is for the AC i forgot which one.. i think it's the driver side one..and that one will only turn on when the AC is on. . well letting your car idle for 20 mins doesn't tell us much. if it's 0F outside you can let it idle for hrs and i'm sure the fan won't kick on.

Ya the fans are loud as hell too. Mine both work at the same time, i believe. Anytime i push the car, run it for long periods of time, or idle with my subs on, the fans will go on, and stay on untill i pull the key out of the ignition.

It takes me to drive 25 minutes to work in the morning until the fans kik in . this should happen as the needle at the gage [cluster with tach] points between letters t and e in the word temp.
The names "a/c and engine" fans for reference only; one for "engine" has smaller motor, interchangeable with corolla. On camry 'both' fans are running at high or low speed modes
The fans are connected in PARALLEL [high speed mode] for the engine cooling [engine at normal temp and /or a/c is on with warm engine;
or connected in series runnung at low speed a/c on engine cold [this explains 3 relays not one or 2
