Try 00029.jpg, that maybe the one you are looking for. The freeze plug at the back of the block!

Have you take a closer look at the areas above that?

Yeah I've looked it over pretty good and didn't see anything from the water outlet, I tightened all the hoses for extra measure... the only place I see coolant dripping is out of the bottom between the transmission and flexplate? or whatever it is lol
The car sat through two winters with some coolant left in the block.. so it's hard to say whether it froze up or not. The winters haven't been incredibly cold..I'm here in southern West Virginia.. it does get down in the 20s sometimes and occasionally in the upper teens.. so I guess that might be able to do it.

What you may try:
Place paper towels on the top of tranny under hoses connectors etc.
Rent a radiator pressure tester from autozone; with engine off, pump the cooled down cooling system to about 10 psi [higher is not really necessary]
then check the paper towels for coolant drips.
if it shows that the plug behiond the flexplate was leaking, the block seal can fix it, however it may also plug the radiator.
