if it's a manual transmission, replace the starter relay and/or clutch start switch... if it's an automatic replace the neutral start switch and/or you might just need a new starter.
Also, check the fusible link.

so far i would like to thanks for the replys and would like to add another issue about my camry....yes it is an automatic and the issue is that i have noticed that sometimes in the dashboard the PARK and REAR would occasionally light up when my car wont start...is this a sign on something? i will try to check on cleaning the neutral safety switch or maybe even replacing it if it solves the problem......thanks

The selector position indicator lights are part of separate circuit, not part of start circuit.
Out of alignment neutral start switch will cause 'dead starter" no clicking.
Single click of the starter solenois without starter spinning caused by
-bad [large fat] cable from battery to bolt on starter solenoid connector
-starter solenoid contactsand /or plunger
-deterioration of the ground cable from tranny to negative battery post.
