I know I posted before about my transmission seeming to have excessive play but it's started doing more things as well. At random times, certain gears will seem to over-rev (slip?) and once they catch. The car jerks and I hear an easily audible knock. The noise can also be felt as a vibration through the floorboards. Could the knock be caused by maybe worn motor and trans/diff mounts? 91 ES250 Automatic.
