1991 Camry 4cyl Timing Belt

It's a 1991 Camry 4cyl that just turned 110,000 miles. I have no history of the timing belt being changed. I need help knowing what should be my sense of urgency, and what the general cost of paying someone to do this might be. Any other parts that should be changed when the belt is done?
Thanks in advance.

I would suggest getting the belt changed. If it breaks it will leave you stranded, but will not damage the engine. You risk being stranded and that may or may not be a concern depending on where you live.

I would change the belt, water pump, and seals when they take the belt off. Tensioners are optional during the process. I have never paid to have it done, but I would imagine it would cost about $100.00 in parts and $400.00 in labor

yes, change the belt, idler, tensioner and tensioner spring, water pump, thermostat (since you're in the area) and all the necessary gaskets. Also, if your oil pump is leaking, now would be the time to replace the gasket and the front crank seal.

Sounds like a great list of all the parts to get changed. I've had all those replaced in my 90 camry with 180,000 miles. Belt, water pump, thermostat, and oil pump seal.
I've had it done in Washington State with a great mechanic who usually charges a bit more than average. It was probably 2 years ago, and it cost around $600.
