I have two problems I need help with; first, I am looking for an engine block heater to have installed my 1990 Camry and am having zero luck. I think I found one on-line, but the description says its appropriate for most Toyota Engines. I know I could get a magnetic one, but those have major drawbacks that I would rather not deal with. Secondly, my heater fan sometimes works, sometimes not. I live in Eastern MT where temps are well below zero and having serious problems with cold starts, and freezing on my way to work. Any help would be appreciated.

The Toyota dealer or other may sell a heater that installs in place of a core hole plug (freeze plug). See link below:

The issue with the blower may be the switch, blower control relay or the blower motor.

The blower should be easy enough to remove. See link below:
