90 camry runs very rich any one know why?

Hello, I am working on a 90 (11-89 mf date) 6 cyl Camry, I put new plugs wires cap rotor, I also checked timming, Tp sensor, secondary ignition voltage, egr opperation, vacum lines and upper manifold gasket and I still have a very rich running condition, I also just put a brand new air flow sensor on and tested it. dose any one have any ideas i am lost on this one, and theres a nice twist the engine at idle will stall if I remove the oil cap. I replaced the pcv and hose. Any help is greatly appreciated

Vacuum leaks would make the car run lean...

Check the cold-start injector. It may be leaking. There is also a "Ox" and "Vf" wires in the engine bay check connector - you can easily check oxygen sensor operation from there. Replace either part as necessary.

If the FPU solenoid or hoses to it are broken, the engine will run rich.
The vacuum should be present in the vacuum hose at fuel pressure regulator at idle.
