I went out this morning and it would start and run for 2-3 seconds then die again.

OK.... After all the above oppinions and test tis and test that I decided to do some OLD SCHOOL TESTS THAT DONT NEEED A BUNCH OF SPECIAL EQUIPMENT AND TESTERS..
I jumped the B+ and the FP terminal to test Fuel Pump....Good
(I suspected this as the car was running when I parked it yesterday)
tested ohms for new engine, old engine and the camry I drove over there...THEY ALL READ 14 to 15 . This is wierd as the manual says that they are supposed to read 13.8
(Maybe my decimal is off with my tester and it gives the nearest round number)
OK I am guessing that the ohms ARE OK BUT MAYBE THE INJECTORS THAT CAME WITH THE BLOCK ARE DEFECTIVE OR PLUGGED.
Checked for codes ...no codes...Checked all fuses...good
I tested the AFM by swapping out with the camry I drove over to the shop in.
Still has symptoms....Same as above
I figured it was
not gettng fuel and just running off the initial cold start injection of fuel.
I proceeded to pull all the plugs and
dripped some fuel in each cylinder and reinstalled the plugs...
Waaaa Laaaaa. Took a few trys to start ( as I expected from maybe a little too much fuel ) THEN STARTED UP AND RAN GOOD FOR ABOUT 30 Seconds.
Stuck with my gut and figured that I should have put the injectors in that came out of the car ( it ran good but bad Head Gasket).
After swapping to the original injectors in STARTED RIGHT UP and now is running great!
OK .... WHAT TO LEARN???
I bought my 4th 2.0 from Japan Engine Inc.
(They supply 40k blocks from Japan) And they are shipped with injectors installed.
I should have tossed the injectors that came with the motor!
What I get for being lazy!!!... It would have taken only 10 minutes to put the original injector bar on while the engine was out. Instaed it took two days of troubleshooting..
If I would have listened to my gut I would have had it running on the first turn of the key like the other 3 motors I did.
Only Difference...This time I got Lazy......
