I agree with NEO about checking the engine coolant temperature sensor. It may be out of range and constantly tell the ECU that the engine is cold. This would create an excessively rich mixture all the time. That would be OK for a cold engine but too rich for a warm engine. If the collant temperature sensor checks out OK, I would next check the cold start time switch. It too could be out of range and always activating. This too would create an excessively rich mixture. They usually fail the other way, not activating when cold, but you never know.
