There are many many past threads on the P/S leaking, as this is a common problem with the Gen 2 Camrys. I don't know what the vibration after shifts mean but it couldn't hurt to give it a change of fluid. Could be your mounts that are just too old. When you put the engine in D, R, or P, does the whole engine move under the hood?

"it has to much in it"

What do you mean buy this? If you mean it is overfilled, then take the car for a ride so it's warm and then recheck the the trans fluid. It should be near the full hot line. If it is over that line, drain some fluid out till it sits at the full line. You will need a 10MM alan wrench to loosen the bolt underneath the trans pan. Make sure you are checking the trans fluid with the car running. This is the opposite of how you check the engine oil. After draining some fluid out, take the car for a test ride to see if there is any imporvement.

might also be the rack and pinion aka the steering gear. Mine is currently leaking pretty badly and needs to be replaced. Luckily for me trans fluid comes free so it can wait till I do all the other preventive maintenance.
