Just gave my Camry its first oil change since I got it and found this page to be interesting:

I used Castrol GTX High Mileage and Purolator Pureone oil filter PL14476 for this oil change. Will probably buy a case of OEM black filters next. We'll see how things work out. Now I'm waiting for my K&N drop-in to arrive

what's the recommended grade oil for the 3s-fe ?

I would refund that filter and stick with OEM air filters. Flow better and filter better...

That oil filter you're using is good. IIRC WIX makes yota oil filters. So either wix, OEM, or Napa Gold should do ya good with some German Castrol!
