Today before I bleed them I replaced the front passenger side caliper. What could be the problem?

Were there rubber caps covering the ends of the bleeder screws? Unscrew the bleeder screws to those 2 brakes all the way out and blow them out with compressed air. Then try again to bleed them. Mike
