2nd Generation Hard start, miss at idle, miss during accelration

I have a 90 camry wagon I4 with 336,000 miles on it go yota. My problem is I was leaving work got in my car started it put in reverse was pulling out then it just died. I try to start it but all it would do is just turn over, sputter then died. Towed it home the spark plugs were kind of nasty so I changed them along with wires, cap and rotor. That got it running again but now when I start it i have to put my foot to the floor or else it will just turn over. Then once I get it started it idles rough. After it warms up it will miss at idle sometimes and it miss under accelration but only form a stop for about the first 1500 rpms and then it runs fine. Sometimes it get so bad that I have put my foot to the floor just to get it above 1500 rpms. I though maybe the timing was off I check it and I got it right but it still does it and I had to turn the distributor all the just to get in time. I don't think that is normal. If you guys can help that would be great.

Sounds like you're running rich (hence why you have to floor it). Maybe the AFM is stuffed? IAC valve clean and working? EGR fine (not stuck open or clogged)?

could be a worn timming belt that slipped? set up crank at TDC (compression stroke), pull cover to insure the cam is where it should be. even if it's not your issue, it's easy to check. just trying to give you more food for thought.

I'm no expert but I think it could be an oxygen sensor. My buddy replaced it on his mustang and it idled superb and ran better at low speeds.

Sorry it took so long i check all those things out they were fine. So I look to see if they were many codes in the ecu. There was a code 12 no ne, g signal to ecu. Took a look that the distributor and there was oil leaking into it. Replace the distributor b/c the seal failed and the coil i put in 6 month ago already had a crack in it. Car runs fine now. thanks for the help.
