2nd Generation I Need New Bushings!!!

now ive been researching the gen 2 poly bushings and i think that this is going to be my best bet... if im not mistaken i need to get in contact with the guy from "st185performance" to get them..... i think i read somewhere that the bushings come in a couple different sizes... if someone could tell me which ones i need that would be great.......

for the inner ones.. you need.. SPF0511k outter.. i'm not sure what size the sway bar is anymore... 21mm? at the end where it bolts up ?? i can go check for u later i have the stock sway bar hanging around somewhere

ok so i went to the garage and you need.. spf0321k for where the control arms mounts to the sway bar.. and i also have this in the garage

if you want em.. sorry it's open but i had to check the size on the bar to the bushings

You can also get loaded front control arms with new ball joints on eBay for pretty cheap. Much easier than pressing the bushings out and all that. The poly ones will squeak if you aren't careful - get lots of grease on them!

im thinking about the whole arm because one of the "ball joint" rubber boots are blown on mine...... any opinion would be a great help

The bushings are a pain to do yourself, just go for the whole arms. It should only take an hour or two with the right tools taking your time if you get the complete arms. Then get a simple front end alignment and you are good to go.

yeah unless you have a press or a blow torch.. i'd say go for the whole arm since yours look like it's in bad shape anyways
