3SFE crank problem

Will the crank from any other engine fit in the 3SFE?
I know the 5SFE won't work,
but it seems like it's trying to eat itself after it's second rebuild, so I just want any help I can get, cause I love the Camry.
If it makes any difference, it's automatic, and an all-trac.

Can you just put in a used JDM engine and not worry about the rebuild? It sounds like a mistake was made along the way with the rebuild or there is something else wrong with the motor (blocked oil passage, etc.).

well as much as i would love to do a 3sgte swap,
i don't have the kind of money for that haha
the problem with the crank is that the bearings for cylinder #1 (i think) is a bit too big,
so there is a slight knocking at higher RPM

they have JDM 3sfe engines too it's not that expensive 500$ around... shipping might hurt you since you're in alaska

i haven't checked the bearing yet,
but my dad and i are planning to check the pan this weekend for any scrapings

a jdm 3sfe sounds good,
but would you suggest a jdm 3sfe or 5sfe?
i'd wanna change to a 5-speed as well,
but i heard i would have to change the axles too,
which shouldn't be hard if i can find the parts at a junkyard
how much work (if you know) would swapping to a 5sfe need?

Just use the 5s-fe long block and all 3s-fe other parts (intake manifold, exhaust, wiring, injectors, etc). It should give you a few extra horsepower and run just fine on the stock electronics.
