'91 OEM Stereo Question

I'm usually on the gen 4 or truck forum, but I have a question that noone on the truck forum had a response for. I believe the factory radio (am/fm stereo) is the same for the truck and the car, so here goes. My truck only has front speakers, and I would like to install a set of nos Sony XS-1 speakers that I have. They are a 4 ohm speaker. My question is if the radio is compatible with four speakers, if 4 ohm is appropriate, and if there is a harness at the radio to tie them in. Thanks for any help!

Just strip out sections of wire on both the L and R speaker wires going to the harness and connect the speakers.
