i started the repair today...the hardest part was getting the cv out of the trans....i ended up using a bam-bam tool to pop it out.....tomorrow i'll go looking for a cheap rebuilt unit.

its all back together!!...it definitely reassembles faster than the take down...anyway,it solved the annoying click click click when making right turns but there is still alittle shimmy while driving straight, more so at slow speeds...the hub bearings seem fine so i think i'll just swap the rear tires to the front and see what that does...and then a alignment.

i swapped the newer rear tires with the front and the wheel is rock steady now...its really nice to drive....i just ordered up new struts/mounts/front rotors/pads.
